* Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing on all in stock merchandise. All items that are located in our remote stores may take an additional 72 hours to begin processing, any labor repairs or service adjustments may extend order processing time as well. Please keep in mind that these times are estimated and should be considered as guidelines. Order processing period is separate from shipping. All orders placed after 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time will begin processing the following business day.

All transit times are determined by the availability of the item(s) on your order. All tentative delivery times will take affect when your package leaves our facility.
Insurance & Security
- All orders are fully insured while in transit.
- For security and insurance purposes, ALL shipments require a signature upon delivery regardless of any signed waivers you may have with any of our carriers.
- The Jewelry Exchange encourages all customers to inspect their package(s) for damage or tampering prior to receiving and signing their acceptance.
- Because of the nature of the items being shipped, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to place the order. Alternatively, we do offer a Hold At FedEx Location service, please call us for details.
PO Box Delivery
- PO Box orders will not be delivered without a recipient’s signature.
- FedEx orders CANNOT be delivered to a PO Box
- The Jewelry Exchange can only accept orders to Canada via Paypal.
- International Shipping is $35 and must be selected at the time of your purchase.
- Customer is responsible for all international taxes and/or duty fees that incur upon receipt of package.

The Jewelry Exchange is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state-of-the-art factory and are confident that you will be completely satisfied.
If you decide to return your purchase made site unseen online or over the phone , for any reason at all, The Jewelry Exchange will refund the item(s) within 15 days or exchange any item(s) within 30 days from the original purchase date. All exchanges are final. The greater of either 25% of the total invoiced amount or the total cost of labor and materials for setting, sizing and otherwise customizing may be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.
Freight and labor charges will not be refunded or credited towards your exchange. Labor charges include but are not limited to: setting of a diamond or gemstone, ring sizing or the conversion of earring posts from standard friction backs to screw backs. Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the Jewelry Exchange box.
For security reasons, do not indicate the contents on the exterior of the package.
Do not forget to include the diamond certificate, if applicable; a $100 fee applies to any missing diamond certificate. We recommend the package be returned to us by registered mail insured for the amount of the item(s). Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name, address and phone number are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
The Jewelry Exchange will process your return upon receipt of the package. Returns accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date for items bought on this website must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
All Items purchased via the Web and shipped to one of our locations for pick up will be held to our in-store no refund policy.
