I have purchased jewelry from your Norristown, PA location several years ago and had a nice experience. This time, I purchased an engagement ring online but the process was somewhat nerve wracking for such an expensive purchase.In the end, I received my ring in the mail. However, there wasn’t much communication via email or any other way letting me know where in the process my order was. I received an initial email summarizing my purpose and was told that I’d receive another once the purchase shipped, but didn’t receive that email.I did reach a live person but they didn’t give me much confidence. It was a young woman. If I had more TLC throughout the process that would have been more reassuring. In the future, I would purchase from you again, but would probably go to an actual brick and mortar store. Thank you!
